EN – Rear Window
Personal project inspired by the classic Rear Window, created with the goal of exploring smooth and subtle transitions as the main narrative tool.
Based on the idea of observing the world through windows, the video builds an atmosphere of mystery and contemplation, where each scene suggests unseen stories unfolding beyond the frame.
The art direction focuses on light, shadow, and composition to enhance the feeling of silent observation, while the fluid and controlled rhythm naturally guides the viewer’s gaze in an almost imperceptible way.
More than an animation, this project is a study on the power of transitions as an expressive element, capable of turning movement into storytelling.
PT – Rear Window
Projeto pessoal inspirado no clássico Janela Indiscreta, criado com o objetivo de explorar transições suaves e sutis como principal recurso narrativo.
A partir da ideia de observar o mundo por meio de janelas, o vídeo constrói uma atmosfera de mistério e contemplação, em que cada cena sugere histórias invisíveis acontecendo além do enquadramento.
A direção de arte aposta em luz, sombra e composição para reforçar o sentimento de vigilância silenciosa, enquanto o ritmo fluido e controlado guia o olhar do espectador de forma natural e quase imperceptível.
Mais do que uma animação, o projeto é um estudo sobre o poder das transições como elemento expressivo, capaz de transformar o movimento em narrativa.
